摘要

Abstract

Based on the special interaction between xylanase and xylanase inhibitor protein,inhibitor protein was purified from the protein crude extract of wheat seeds using affinity chromatography with immobilized xylanse under the conditions of different pH values,temperatures and times.Subsequently,the desorption experiment of enzyme-inhibitor complex was carried out under different pH values.The results showed that the optimum adsorption pH value was 6.5,temperature was 30 ℃,time was 50 min; the optimum desorption pH value was 8.5.Purification of inhibitor protein using affinity chromatography with immobilized xylanse is a better new method.
