Abstract
Combining the analysis data from the laboratory and traditional process,a new two-stage counterflow decomposition process for cyclohexylhydroperoxide at medium temperature was developed by intensive study on the mechanism and kinetics of both homogenous and heterogeneous reaction.The process was successfully applied to a 100 kt/a cyclohexanone production unit.The operation data shows that compared with the similar international process,the yield of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol is increased by 5%,while sodium hydroxide consumption is decreased by 20% and benzene consumption is decreased by 5%.The product quality of cyclohexanone was classified as superior grade,and the process achieved the international advanced level.关键词
