Modal test and dynamic modeling of ball screw using finite element method
摘要
Abstract
From the effective modeling guidelines,the types and sizes of finite element unit of screw shaft and nut were selected.A beam element with different masses and stiffness matrix parameters were used in the threaded portion of the screw shaft model to simulate the loss of stiffness of the shaft caused by the thread.The model was compared with the multi-grid model divided by finite element software to prove the accuracy of the model.Based on the discretization of substructure,a reasonable screw-nut joint model was illustrated,and identify the joint parameters by the frequency response function method.The modal test result of ball screw with nut on different position was compared with the corresponding finite element model.Result shows that the errors are less than 4 %,demonstrating the effectiveness of the model.关键词
