冷应激小鼠十二指肠5-羟色胺免疫活性细胞的免疫组织化学研究
Research on 5-HT Immunoreactive Cells in the Duodenum of Cold Stress Mouse by the Method of Immunohistochemistry

Abstract
The ABC immunohistochemistry method was used to investigate the shape,distribution and quantity of 5-Hydroxtryptamine immunoreactive(5-HTIR)cells in the duodenum of cold stress mouse.The results showed that 5-HTIR cells were distributed between epithelia of duodenum.The 5-HTIR cells had different shapes including round,cone,strip and fusiform.There was a distinct difference(P =0.000)between the quantity of 5-HTIR cells (3.83±1.29)in the duodenum of cold stress mouse and the quantity of 5-HTIR cells(2.37±1.10)in the duodenum of mouse of control group.It is demonstrated that cold stress has a certain impact on the distribution of 5-HTIR cells in the duodenum of mouse.关键词
