强化教育对新诊断的Ⅱ型糖尿病门诊患者生存质量的影响
EFFECT OF INTENSIVE EDUCATION ON SURVIAL QUALITY OF NEWLY DIAGNOSED TYPE 2 DIABETIC MELLITUS

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of intensive education on survival quality of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: People with type 2 diabetes(n = 84) were randomly divided into two groups. Conventional health education was undertaken for the control group. The intensive group received the three days intensive education and followed up every 3 months, the study lasted 12 months. At study starting and the end of 12 months, diabetes specific quality of life scale ( DSQL ) were investigated by questionnaire and scoring. Results: The intensive group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group in the quality of life at 12 months (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Intensive education is an effective method for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with enhancing the self management level and improving the survival quality.关键词
