FDI to Influence on Generations of Environmental Public Goods Supply and Its Reasons——From the Perspective of the Diversion of Pollution-Intensive Industries

Abstract
Intergenerational environmental public goods is more than a generation to share environmental public goods, its supply mechanism should be led by Government supplies, complement other sources of supply. Due to the years through FDI means transfer of pollution-intensive industries, China's negative externalities caused serious environmental, intergenerational environment affects the supply of public goods. The reason, the government deficit is the main reason. Intergenerational envi-ronment to ensure the adequate supply of public goods, it is necessary to incorporate the utilization of FDI into the coordinat-ed development of economy and environment, the fundamental way out is to give full play to Government's system supply function, to supply to overcome government deficit, intergenerational environment and promote adequate supply of public goods, and social forces can make it a useful addition of Government supply.关键词
