"One case,one meeting" System in the Underdeveloped Village and the Incentive for "Capable people"
摘要
Abstract
The universal problem in the underdeveloped villages is that the supply of public goods is shortage, and the operation of "One case,one meeting" system is inefficiency. Based on the analysis of the "One case,one meeting" system, the thesis found that the capacity for work and motivation of "Capable people" is the important factors influence the operating efficiency of the system. The reasonable incentive system can stimulate the "Capable people" to undertake the "sponsor" by themselves, to ensure that the "One case,one meeting" system can be operated smoothly, and finally to improve the supply efficiency of the public goods.关键词
