摘要

Abstract

  The mine manager work style has important correlation with miner behavior style, for this reason, the negative manage style of group leader is discussed, the negative style is abuse management of the miners in unsafe behaviors. For this reason, using questionnaire to obtain data, hierarchy regression analysis is used to analyze affection of the abusive supervision to miner unsafe behavior, and the fair organization is used for intermediary variable to be analyzed. The analyzed instance shows: Abusive supervision has obvious affection on mine unsafe behavior; air organization is intermediary agent between abusive supervision and miner unsafe behavior. The empirical research survey is not only prove that abusive supervision has destructive affection in miner behavior.
