白莲参胶囊质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Bailianshen Capsule(白莲参胶囊)
摘要
Abstract
Purpose This article aims to establish HPLC method determination of bailianshen capsule nakano baicalin composition method.Methods Agilent 1200 liquid chromatograph,chromatographic column for the ZORBAX SB (5 μm × 4.6 rnm×250 mm),mobile phase:Methanol-0.2％ phosphoric acid (33:67),detection wavelength:335 nm.Results Wild baicalin sample quantity in the range of 0.0808 μg ～ 0.404 μg,sample had good linear relationship with the peak area,the regression equation for Y =224.84x + 21.61,r =0.9999,the average recovery was 97.64 ％,RSD =0.79 ％ (n =6).Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable,Can be used to establish the production process and quality standards.关键词
