摘要

Abstract

Due to the auto evaluation results of thesis paper is not scientific,fair and universal enough currently,this paper builds an intelligent evaluation system combines an expert system with multi-level fuzzy evaluation mechanism.It uses the template and rule library as knowledge representation and also uses the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to calculate the intermediate data.It draws the final reviews of the paper by the expert system.Experimental result indicates that the success rate of effective evaluation can reach at 96.51% in 6 511 papers in 7 subjects and 52 research directions,and it improves that the system is of universality and impartiality.
