摘要

Abstract

To improve reliability of spaceborne software,according to the characteristic of a spaceborne software,discuss the framework and progress of implement software reliability engineering are discussed,four aspects are summarized and reviewed,include:software reliability design,analysis,measurement and test.The software reliability design principle,the characteristic of failure modes and effects analysis and software fault tree analysis,the method of choose software reliability measurement,the regulation of evaluate software reliability testing,and the method of choose reliability models are discussed emphatically,and the result of application are presented to prove the feasibility and applicability of the methods.
