An Improved Routing Protocol Based on LEACH for Wireless Sensor Network
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the energy consumption and prolong network lifetime in WSN(wireless sensor network),an improved protocol based on LEACH(low-energy adaptive cluster hierarchy) is proposed to solove the problems of cluster-head nodes selection and random clustering.Firstly,the protocol calcualtes the best clustering number in WSN,then integrates with genetic algorithm to cluster and chooses cluster-head nodes based on the nodes residual energy.Simulation results show that the improved protocol is much better than LEACH in energy consumption and lifetime.关键词
