论文设计以ARM Cortex-M3系列的STM32芯片为核心芯片,结合液晶屏、键盘、驱动电路,以及半导体制冷技术、模糊PID控制算法实现对基因扩增(PCR)仪的温度控制[1],该系统能满足PCR仪的温控精度及升降温速度要求,达到高精度、快速控温效果.
