摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces the application scene of mobile phone video surveillance under the WLAN condition,it detailedly describes the design of the system.It uses the open source operating system Android as the video acquisition side and video client side.What' s more,in order to gain the sharp image,the lossless JPEG2000 is used to code the video.关键词
