摘要
Abstract
This paper presents a software design of desktop interactive system for meteorological purpose based on PC,for the characters of requirement of meteorological business.Functions and key technology are introduced from audio and video processing,office collaboration,application models and so on.A MEDIS (Meteorological Desktop Interactive System) is developed according to the solution.It is an exploratory research that the software about video conference cooperation technology is applied in meteorological business,and it is of certain enlightenment function to research on the Marine,Earthquake,etc.关键词
