宫颈癌介入治疗中的临床护理路径对提高护理质量及患者满意度的价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing path in the improvement of nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients in the interventional treatment of patients with cervical cancer.Methods 60 cervical cancer patients with interventional therapy were selected and randomly divided into research group (clinical nursing path) and control group (conventional nursing),30 cases in each group.Nursing outcomes and satisfactory degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results Score of SDS in the research group and control group were (65.46 ± 4.58) and (64.73 ± 4.33) respectively (P ＞ 0.05) ; the number of patients without depression and with mild depression in the research group was significantly larger than that in the control group (P ＜0.05) ; score of SAS in the research group and control group were (66.13 ± 4.53) and (63.44 ±4.34) respectively (P ＞0.05); the number of patients without anxiety and with mild anxiety in the research group was significantly larger than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; time of lying in bed and hospitalization duration in the research group were less than that in the control group,while the incidence of complications,satisfactory degree and compliance of doctor's advice were better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); accumulative survival rate in 5 years in the research group was 70.12％,which was significantly higher than 55.26％ in the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path for cervical cancer patients with interventional therapy plays an important role in improving the nursing quality and satisfactory degree,it can not only shorten time of lying in bed and hospitalization duration,but also improve the survival rate and create better social benefit.关键词
