Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety mood of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods 48 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into intervention group (n =25) and control group (n =23).The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the intervention group was treated with reinforced nursing intervention for anxiety mood on the basis of the control group.Therapeutic efficacy and anxiety score were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was 92.0 ％,which was slightly higher than 87.0 ％ in the control group; the anxiety score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve status of anxiety mood in the patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,which should be paid more clinical attentions.关键词
