Abstract
Objective To explore the potential risks of the night nursing in patients with Brugada syndrome and to analyze the corresponding prevention and management measures.Methods 12 patients with Brugada syndrome were randomly divided into two control group and experimental group,6 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with conventional therapy,while the experimental group was treated with reinforced night observation and nursing on the basis of conventional therapy.Results The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion When the patients with Brugada syndrome are treated in the hospital,a classification of risks about the conditions of diseases should be adopted.Monitoring of electrolyte,temperature and ECG should be implemented at night in order to timely detect the high-risk factors of Brugada syndrome and take the related solution as soon as possible.As a result,the frequency of nocturnal occurrence of Brugada syndrome can be decreased.关键词
