摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures for the patients with irritant dermatitis caused by external pancreatic fistula.Methods 9 patients with postoperative external pancreatic fistula from January 2005 to January 2008 in department of hepatobiliary surgery were collected as control group,while 11 patients with postoperative external pancreatic fistula from February 2008 to December 2012 were collected as observation group.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing method,while the observation group was conducted with combined nursing intervention of vacuum suction,continuous washing and Cornfeel skin protective film.Results Incidence rate of irritant dermatitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Timely implementation of vacuum suction,continuous washing and Comfeel skin protective film for patients with external pancreatic fistula can reduce the incidence rate of irritant dermatitis,so it is helpful for the treatment and prevention of irritant dermatitis.关键词
