摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore therapeutic effect of high quality nursing on the prevention of dysphoria in patients with convalescence stage of general anesthesia.Methods 120 male patients with thoracic surgery were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing methods,while the observation group was conducted with high quality nursing method and nursing intervention for dysphoria.Incidence rate of dysphoria occurred in the convalescence stage of general anesthesia were observed and compared between two groups.Results Incidence rate of dysphoria occurred in the convalescence stage of general anesthesia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively reduce the incidence rate of dysphoria in the patients with convalescence stage of general anesthesia and improve the nursing quality.关键词
