白内障患者囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术护理体会

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing points and nursing experience of cataract patients with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Methods 100 cataract patients with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were selected and conducted with reasonable and effective preoperative and postoperative nursing.Surgical outcomes and adverse reactions were observed and recorded,and satisfactory degree toward nursing service was evaluated.Results After operation,6 patients had postoperative corneal edema,4 patients had hyphema,2 patients had artificial lens exfoliation,and one patient had secondary glaucoma; no complications such as wound disruption and infection were observed in cataract patients; 2 weeks after operation,the number of patients with uncorrected visual acuity of 4.8 was 94,and the number of patients with uncorrected visual acuity of 4.6 was 6 ; satisfactory degree toward nursing service in cataract patients was 98.0 ％.Conclusion Nursing intervention is benefit for the successful implementation of extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.关键词
