摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of qualified nursing on laparoscopic treatment of patients with ovarian tumor.Methods Clinical materials of 108 ovarian tumor patients with laparoscopic treatment were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the matching design principles.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing,while the observation group was conducted with qualified nursing.Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results Compared with the scores at hospital admission,scores of SAS,SDS and QOL at the time of discharging in both groups were improved significantly,and compared with the control group at the time of discharging,the scores of SAS,SDS and QOL in the observation were improved more significantly (P ＜ 0.05) ; there were significant differences of nurse-patients dispute,incidence rate of complications,nursing defects and satisfactory degree toward nursing between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Qualified nursing service model can effectively improve the survive quality and satisfactory degree in ovarian tumor patients with laparoscopic treatment,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.关键词
