Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of targeted nursing on clinical compliance of patients with alcoholism in department of emergency.Methods 64 patients with alcoholism were selected and randomly divided into control group(n =32)and observation group(n =32).The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing.Therapeutic compliance and nursing compliance before and after nursing intervention were compared between two groups.Results Before implementation of nursing intervention,there were no significant differences of therapeutic compliance and nursing compliance between two groups (P ＞0.05) ; after implementation of nursing intervention,the excellent rates of therapeutic compliance and nursing compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can greatly affect the clinical compliance of patients with alcoholism in department of emergency,and it is also helpful for the improvement of patients' clinical therapeutic effects.关键词
