Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of air pressure wave therapeutic apparatus on treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and complicated lower limbs hemiplegia.Methods 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and complicated lower limbs hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training,while the observation group was conducted with air pressure wave therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.Neurologic impairment score,ADL score and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,the function of extremities and neurologic impairment in both groups were improved,and level of improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Air pressure wave therapeutic apparatus combined with conventional drug treatment as well as rehabilitation training can effectively improve the neurologic impairment situation in patients with cerebral infarction and complicated lower limbs hemiplegia,improve the prognosis of patients and promote the functional recovery of extremities.关键词
