摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of needle-free transfusion joint combined with indwelling needle on the intravenous transfusion of patients with infectious diseases.Methods 279 patients with infectious diseases were treated with peripheral venous indwelling needle and needlefree joint for transfusion.Accidental injury of nurses,nursing workload,local infection and phlebitis,infusion catheter shedding and the velocity of fluid flow were observed.Results 9 patients had blood backflow in indwelling needle; 3 patients had local phlebitis; infusion catheter shedding and accidental injury of nurses were not observed.Conclusion Needle-free transfusion joint has lots of advantages such as less infusion catheter shedding,low incidence rate of plugging,less local phlebitis and infection,rapid velocity,so it is worthy of application and popularization in intravenous transfusion in patients with infectious diseases.关键词
