循证护理在心脏外科术中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of patients with cardiac surgery.Methods 182 patients with cardiac surgery from January to December 2010 were selected and designed as control group,and they were conducted with conventional nursing; 201 patients from January to December 2011 were selected and designed as observation group,and they were conducted with evidence-based nursing.Satisfactory degree toward nursing,pressure ulcers,pipeline shedding,keratitis and low body temperature were observed after treatment.Results The incidence rates of pressure ulcers,pipeline shedding,keratitis and low body temperature in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05),and the satisfactory degree toward nursing was higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.01).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of patients with cardiac surgery can improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
