Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of nursing for elderly patients with operation in department of urinary surgery and the corresponding safety precautions.Methods 302 elderly patients with operation in department of urinary surgery were selected,and the risk factors of clinical nursing for elderly patients were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was conducted with conventional nursing,while the observation group was conducted with additional corresponding safety precautions.Control rate of risk factors of nursing was compared between two groups.Results Among 302 elderly patients with operation,43 patients (14.24 ％) had risk factors of nursing such as the falling down,falling out of bed,scald,collapse,bedsore,hypotension and hyperglycemia; the control rate of risk factors in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Implementation of safety precautions for elderly patients with operation in department of urinary surgery can effectively control the risk factors of nursing,enhance the level of nursing and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
