摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with multifetal pregnancy reduction.Methods 50 pregnant women with multifetal pregnancy reduction from January to December 2010 were conducted with conventional nursing,while 50 pregnant women with multi fetal pregnancy reduction from January 2011 to June 2012 were conducted with qualified nursing.Pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference of number of reductive embryo between two groups,but there were significant differences of postoperative infection rate,postoperative abortion rate,birth rate and malformation rate between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Implementation of qualified nursing for pregnant women with multifetal pregnancy reduction can effectively improve their pregnancy outcomes.关键词
