Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of whole range Doula delivery combined with labor analgesia in process of spontaneous delivery.Methods 520 primiparas without contraindications of vaginal spontaneous delivery were selected and divided into observation group and control group,260 cases in each group.The observation group was conducted with whole range Doula delivery and labor analgesia,while the control group was conducted with labor analgesia only.Postpartum emotion status,analgesic effect,process of labor,amount of bleeding in postpartum 2 hours and neonatal health score were compared between two groups.Results After delivery,scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the same group before delivery,and the scores were also lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; the VAS score and the amount of bleeding in postpartum 2 hours were (2.3 ± 1.1) and (212.5 ± 58.8) mL respectively in the observation group,which were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; neonatal health score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Whole range Doula delivery combined with labor analgesia can significantly improve maternal negative emotions,promote the process of labor and help primiparas pass through stage of labor smoothly,so it is worthy of application and popularization.关键词
