产后大出血的临床观察与护理干预
Clinical observation and nursing interventions for patients with postpartum hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features and causes of postpartum hemorrhage and to summarize the corresponding nursing intervention measures.Methods 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected,they were treated with corresponding nursing intervention measures when the causes and features of hemorrhage and therapeutic method were determined.Results 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage had effective hemostasis and successful treatment; 3 patients had pain of hip,and syndrome was alleviated by application of corresponding intervention measures.Conclusion Based on conventional hemostasis and clear understanding of causes of postpartum hemorrhage,the application of corresponding nursing intervention measures can effectively stop bleeding,increase survival rate and improve quality of life of patients.关键词
