Peri-operative nursing during the period of external fixation for elderly patients with inter-trochanteric fracture of femur
摘要
Abstract
Objective To retrospectively introduce the peri-operative nursing during the period of external fixation for elderly patients with inter-trochanteric fracture of femur.Methods The nursing measures during the peri-operative period of external fixation for 32 elderly patients with inter-trochanteric fracture of femur hospitalized in our hospital from January,2009 to December,2012 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Operative success and complications rate of selected patients were observed.Results 32 patients all had successful operations without any no complications after operations.Conclusion Professional nursing measures during the peri-operative period of external fixation for elderly patients with inter-trochanteric fracture of femur are of great significance in improving operative success and reducing complications.关键词
