头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠在妇产科感染防治中的应用
Application of cefoperazone/sulbactam sodium in the prevention and treatment of obstetric and gynecological infections

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of cefoperazone/sulbactam sodium in the prevention and treatment of obstetric and gynecological infections.Methods Four hundred and sixteen patients with obstetric and gynecological infections were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,while those in the observation group with cefoperazone/sulbactam sodium.The clinical effects and conditions of pathogenic bacteria clearance were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total efficacy rate of patients in the observation group came up to 95.20 ％,significantly higher than 81.73 ％ in the control group,and statistical significance was presented.The total clearance rates of pathogenic bacteria in the observation group and the control group were 89.92 ％ and 90.38,respectively,there being no statistical significance.Conclusion Cefoperazone/sulbactam sodium has better therapeutic effects in the prevention and treatment of obstetric and gynecological infections.It can obviously ameliorate various clinical discomforts,clear pathogenic bacteria,and has higher safety,so it is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
