Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of continuousblood purification (CBP) in patients with severe heart failure and renal failure.Methods Clinical data of 18 patients with severe heart failure and renal failure who received CBP treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Blood pressure,heart rate,breathing and other vital signs and APACHE Ⅱ score,blood gas analysis,biochemical changes and left ventricular ejection fraction were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,14 patients with heart function improved,the efficacy rate was 77.77％.12hs after treatment,the RR,HR,MBP and other vital signs were significantly smooth.APACHE Ⅱ score was decreased,blood gas indicators of pH,HCO3,PaO2,SaO2 was obvious corrective.72 h after treatment,the indicators were further improved,and the difference was of statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,the LVEF was (33.8 ± 3.9) ％,and after treatment,it was (68.2 ± 5.1) ％.The difference was of statistical significance (P＜0.01).Conclusion CBP treatment in patients with severe heart failure and renal failure,can effectively remove excess water and metabolic waste,and stable the internal environment,and improve heart function.关键词
