摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between activities of daily life and cognitive function in patients with lacunar infarction.Methods Patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were chosen and their ability of daily life and cognitive function were detected.Then single factor regression analysis was conducted.Results PULSES score were negatively correlated to MMSE score,orientation,memory,concentration and computing power,recalling ability,language ability.Barthel index and FIM score were positively correlated to MMSE score,orientation,memory,concentration and computing power,recalling ability,language ability.Conclusion The activities of daily life is positively correlated to cognitive function in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction.The better their daily life function and activity and their independence are,the better their cognition is.关键词
