Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of evidence-based care postoperative recovery on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods Post-operative clinical data of 140 inpatients of our hospital with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed,in which 70 patients in the observation group with conventional care measures,while 70 patients of the control group with evidence-based care measures.The two groups were compared in terms of postoperative recovery.Results The patients' average length of stay and health knowledge scores were significantly better Than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Patient satisfactoriness of the observation group was 94.29 ％,significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,patients anxiety and depression scores of the observation group also effectively improved,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing interventions have a very significant effect on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and it is worth using in clinical practice.关键词
