Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing care on breast complication and family satisfactoriness of intensive care unit patients.Methods A total of 96 ICU patients were assigned to intensive nursing group(experiment group) including 48 members and common nursing group(control group) including 48 patients.Each group was given intensive nursing and common nursing respectively.Risk of breast complication and family satisfactoriness of every patient were recorded,and data were analyzed.Results occurrence of breast complication of intensive nursing patients was lower than common group (P ＜ 0.01),and had more family satisfactoriness than the common group (P ＜ 0.01).The difference had statistical significance.Conclusion Intensive care unit patients benefited from intensive nursing with lower rate of breast complication occurrence,and family members were more satisfied with the work of nurses.关键词
