摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide/formoterol in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n =42) and control group (n=42).The treatment group was given budesonide/formoterol,and the control group was given budesonide.The symptom control effect,the adverse reactions and lung function in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After 12 weeks'treatment,the total efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The symptom scores of day and evening of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Lung function level of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Budesonide/formoterol has satisfactory effects and light adverse reactions,so budesonide/formoterol in the treatment of bronchial asthma is safe and effective.关键词
