Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide in treating asthma children.Methods One hundred and twenty eight asthma children were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given inhaled budesonide treatment,and the observation group received montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide therapy.The course of treatment was 3 months.Clinical effect,lung function and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.9 ％,much higher than the control group (69.4 ％,P ＜0.05).After treatment,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; There were no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups (7.6 ％ vs 6.5 ％,P ＜ O.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium tablets combined with budesonide for asthma children greatly improves the clinical effect and lung function.关键词
