Abstract
Objective To analyze the feasibility of hypersensitive c-reactive protein and blood lipid joint detection in diagnostic of heart cerebrovascular disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 150 patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease selected from February 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital.According to patients' situation,they were divided into five groups,and others were selected in the control group during this period.Comparison was made between several groups in terms of triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1),apolipoprotein B (ApoB),and hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level.Results TG,TC,LDL-C,hs-values of the observation group significantly increased.The difference to the control group had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).CRP and ApoB markedly decreased compared with the control group,the difference being statistical significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hypersensitive c-reactive protein and blood lipid joint detection plays a positive role in detecting heart cerebrovascular disease.It can also assess prognosis.关键词
