摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effects of continual nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with stroke.Methods One hundred and fourteen stroke patients admitted into our hospital from March 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,57 cases each.The control group was treated with medication and routine hospital care and the observation group was given extra continual nursing interventions,including hospital and postdischarge nursing.Quality of life,psychological status and quality of sleep before and after patient care were compared.Results Curative effects of the observation group were markedly better than those of the control group.Conclusion Continual nursing for patients with stroke intervention can significantly improve the their activities of daily living,reduce depression level of patients with stroke,improve the sleep of elderly stroke patients,thereby improve patients' quality of life.关键词
