摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with depression were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given 6 weeks of nursing intervention.Indicators of mental health status,depression,and life quality were compared by way of the symptom checklist (SCL-90),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and health survey (SF-36) between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks' nursing intervention,SCL-90,SDS,SF-36 scores of the observation group were obviously higher than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and markedly superior to the control group of the same period (P ＜ 0.05).The score difference showed no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety,depression and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of further research and promotion.关键词
