重症脑外伤液体疗法的改进与护理研究

Abstract
Objective To study the improvement and nursing research on fluid therapy for severe brain injuries.Methods Eighty-six patients with severe brain injury in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given traditional liquid treatment,and the observation group was given improved liquid treatment.Clinical curative effect,complications and mortality in the two groups after treatment and nursing were comparatively analyzed.Results The total curative efficacy of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and mortality was lower,the differences being statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).The complication rate of electrolyte disorders and acute renal insufficiency was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),but the two groups showed no significant difference in terms of other complications rate (P ＞0.05).Concision The clinical effect of improved fluid therapy for severe brain injuries is obvious,and it can markedly better the incidence of electrolyte disorder,acute renal insufficiency and decrease death rate.It is worthy of clinical practice.关键词
