摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continual nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with stroke.Methods One hundred and fourteen stroke patients admitted into our hospital from March 2009 to December 2011,in accordance with the principles of randomization and control,were divided into control group and observation group,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medication and routine hospital nursing,and the observation group was given continual interventions including hospital and post-discharge nursing.Quality of life,psychological status and quality of sleep before and after nursing was observed and compared,.Results FMA,MBI,AMD score,PSQI score in the two groups after discharge indicated that the rehabilitation effect of continual nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Continual nursing intervention for patients with stroke can significantly improve patients' activities of daily living,reduce the level of their depression,improve their sleep quality,thereby improving their quality of life.关键词
