摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss nursing of patients with simultaneous bilateral hip replacement patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 15 patients hospitalized from 2009May to 2013 August that underwent simultaneous bilateral hip replacement.Results Compared with the same period of total hip arthroplasty,simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement cost less,shortened hospitalization and recovery time.Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative care given to simultaneous bilateral total hip replacement patients and attention paid to exercising the function of hips can effectively prevent postoperative prosthesis dislocation or loosening,deep vein thrombosis and other complications,and it is key to the success of the operation,and is also an important guarantee to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
