Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of psychological nursing in emergency patients with bone trauma.Methods One hundred and fifty emergency patients with bone trauma hospitalized in the last two years were selected at random as study objects,and were divided into experiment group and control group,75 cases in each.The two groups were both given relevant basic care,and the experiment group was given extra psychological intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of patients' mental state,emotion,degree of pain,hospitalization duration,curative effect and so on.Results In the aspects of mental and emotional state,the experiment group was better than the control group,with better anti-disease belief.In the aspect of pain degree,the experiment group felt less pain.The hospitalization duration of the experiment group was generally shorter than that of the control group.As for the final treatment effect and prognosis,the experiment group was better than the control group.All the differences mentioned above had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is conducive to the shouldering off of patients' psychological burdens,alleviate pains and is good for treatment.Thus it is worth popularizing.关键词
