乌鲁木齐市快速公交BRT服务质量的评价
Service Quality Evaluation of BRT in Urumqi City
摘要
Abstract
Firstly,an on-board survey with passengers was carried out for different BRT lines in Urumqi.Then,the service quality evaluation system was divided into a number of indicators according to the actual needs,and the evaluation sets,membership function and weight set were calculated.The comprehensive evaluation of BRT service quality level was achieved by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Furthermore,the weight set of the evaluation was calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.Meanwhile,the maximum membership principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was improved.Finally,according to the evaluation results and the current operational status of three BRT lines in Urumqi,some measures were suggested to improve the service quality of Urumqi BRT.关键词
