Design and Implementation of Traffic Management and Information Service System for Highway Network
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve effective balance of the highway resources and ensure the efficiency of highway operation from the network level,this paper proposes an integrated command scheduling strategy and designs a platform of traffic management and information service system for the highway network.Firstly,the scheduling needs and overall objectives of the highway network are analyzed.In addition,the highway network's own situation is considered.The platform utilizes the Highway Network Dispatch and Command Management System Platform (HNDCMSP) design as the basic framework.It combines the highway network information collection,information analysis and information service,to achieve the function of traffic information searching for both traffic managers and highway users.Furthermore,this strategy is expected to realize traffic control,emergency treatment,highways emergency rescue,and special weather emergency disposal for highway network system,and to finally achieve the accuracy,fast-responding and high-efficiency highway traffic management and information service.关键词
