一种电磁式集群磁流变电磁铁的结构设计及优化
Structural Design and Optimization of the Electromagnetic Cluster Magnetorheological Electromagnet
摘要
Abstract
Reasonable magnetic structure and uniform magnetic field strength are the key factors that influence the effect of magnetorheological finishing, this study is based on the characteristics of the electromagnet in combination with magneto-rheological technology,the laboratory cluster design an electromagnetic cluster magnetic currentvariable electromagnet. A detailed analysis of the structure of the cluster magnetorheological electromagnet design,simulation and optimization of the magnetic means the length of the cluster lattice structure,the depth of cluster dot the gap and the cluster lattice Ansoft finite element simulation. Optimization results show that:the magnetic length l=26mm,the magnetic field region can be achieved by the line field to the surface domain;the cluster dot matrix square concave,magnetic field strength of the magnetic pole surface;the cluster dot matrix a gap of 1mm,a depth of 2mm,the pole the surface can be obtained a relatively uniform magnetic field strength.关键词
