基于有限元方法的发动机压装工艺仿真研究

摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the crafts of the engine press-fit, a model of the engine bowl cypriot press-fit is established and the pressure distribution of the interference contact is studied based on the nonlinear contact. The curve of fitting force displacement (F-S) in the pressing process is obtained by using Ansys-workbench finite element analysis software and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculations. According to the press-fit process quality control, simulation fitting force displacement curve can provide a theoretical reference for the actual press-fit quality control.关键词
