Design of Digital Closed-Loop Servo Press-Fit Control System for Auto Engine Based on EtherCAT
摘要
Abstract
The press-fit control of interference parts will directly influence on the quality of automatic assembling of engine. The paper presents a press-fit control method of engine that adopts the control system of digital servo electric pressure cylinder instead of the control system of hydraulic ,and designs a software and hardware structure of the specialized digital closed-loop servo press-fit control system for auto engine,which is based on EtherCAT. The use of servo electric press-fit specialized numerical control system implements full digital and full closed-loop control. The characteristics of the system are high precision and high efficiency, the energy-conservation and environment-protection and flexibility which is able to configure,reconstruct and expand.关键词
